After an Observation Phase we integrate community accountability. This process is done in tandem with the North Star Ethics Pledge, an internationally recognized set of practice standards for the Plant Medicine Healthcare industry.
Optimize operations

This is the phase in which an ALKEMI Consultant merges with your ecosystem.
This can look like one of our members taking on a temporary role within your organizations’ leadership, from which we conduct an in-depth diagnostic.

With a completed Diagnostic, embedded ALKEMI staff member(s) can begin executing on our co-created strategic plan.

In lieu of an Execution Phase, our consultancy provides an assessment in a detailed report. This report includes an overview of your internal systems, outlining how individuals within the organization interact, what areas can be improved and recommendations for Optimization.
Post-process, we offer technical, practical and/or hands-on assistance with ways to continue embodying change and means of aligning your organization’s values with its mission.
